Clinical Areas of Focus • Trauma and complex trauma. • Cancer-related distress (patients, family members and others). • Adjustment to medical conditions, chronic illness and treatment side-effects. • Age-related concerns (cognitive change, chronic illness, life transitions, carer stress). • Anxiety, stress, depression, grief, loss, and the emotional impact of challenging circumstances.
Therapeutic Approach • Evidence-based psychotherapy. • Wellness-based, collaborative, person-centred. • CBT, mindfulness-based and supportive approaches. • Delivered within a trauma-informed framework.
Appointments • Telehealth currently available. • In-person sessions to follow in the Bendigo region and rural areas.

• Clients may bring referrals to their first appointment. • Medicare rebates available under a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. • Not a bulk-billing service. • Registered for DVA and WorkCover. • Not registered with TAC or NDIS.
