What does a clinical psychologist do, and how can they help me?
Clinical psychologists are trained specialists in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various psychological issues and mental health conditions, ranging from mild to complex, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. 

As a clinical psychologist, my role is to understand your concerns, assess your mental health, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. Whether addressing short-term distress or long-term challenges, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for insight and healing.

How does aging affect memory, and how can it be improved?
As we age, processing speed slows, and recalling familiar names, numbers, or places becomes more difficult. However, memory can be improved by keeping the mind active and supporting brain and body health. I offer neurocognitive assessments for adults and older adults experiencing memory or age-related challenges.
